Principal & Coordination
Ms Chong Chin See has 11 years of working experience in Training and Consultancy, Higher Institutional Education and Office Administration.

She was a lecturer, head of school and administrator; dynamically involved in planning, organising and marketing the courses, in addition to lecturing. She moved on to adult learning and development, and joined a training and consultancy firm as Manager.

Her responsibilities covered office administration, coordination and worked together with trainers and consultants towards effective training programs and consultancy services. She has strong convictions in life long learning, which drove her to join a training firm which emphasised on competency development.

In the field of competency development, she was the key person who was in-charge of overall operations of the company including program planning and coordination, office administration and business development.

The success in this company reflects her strength, experience and strong beliefs in providing professional services to her clients to ensure high customer satisfaction is achieved. Her past clients can satisfactorily attest to the level of services she has provided selflessly.

On top of that, she is a certified internal assessor/verifier by MLVK. She is also a Certified Trainer from Human Resources Development Council (HRDC). She has attended and facilitated various training programs which enable her to confidently understand the needs of different organisations such as manufacturing, insurance, direct sales, publishing and government agencies.

She holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting and a MBA from Universiti Utara Malaysia.
